Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of volunteer patients and representatives
from the practice who meet around every 2/3months at the surgery to discuss the services
offered by the surgery and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and
the practice. The PPG is keen to assist in the development and growth of the practice and
does not act upon specific complaints.
The group has been active since September 2023 following a pause due to Covid. The PPG is
currently under-represented by younger patients and would welcome younger patients who
would be interested in joining.
