10 July 2026 – Telephone Line Intermittent Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our telephone lines and on occasions are unable to receive calls.

We are working closely with our telephone provider to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible. An OpenReach engineer is arranged for Monday 13th July 2026.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to get the lines back up and running.

Thank you for your understanding.

Blood Test process at Leckhampton surgery – updated September 2024
Background

From 1st July 2020 we were no longer contracted by the health authority to take hospital blood tests.
Between July 2020 and September 2024 patients have attended the hospital test department for all hospital requested blood tests.

Update
In September 2024 Leckhampton surgery accepted a new contract from the health authority to provide hospital blood tests for our patients. We hope this increases convenience and simplifies things for our patients. This will not impact patient access for primary care blood tests. These tests are provided in specific appointments, which you must book separately to GP requested blood tests
– you can find these appointments online.
