10 July 2026 – Telephone Line Intermittent Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our telephone lines and on occasions are unable to receive calls.

We are working closely with our telephone provider to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible. An OpenReach engineer is arranged for Monday 13th July 2026.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to get the lines back up and running.

Thank you for your understanding.

Emergency Care

Whilst we are your primary care site, we are not an urgent care centre. Please remember that if you are experiencing a medical life threatening emergency, your safest and fastest route to support is to dial 999.

999 services are intended for anyone in an emergency situation. If it’s a serious or life-threatening emergency, go straight to A&E (Accident and Emergency) or call 999.

Our medical practitioners are trained to administer emergency first aid, however this is not the site’s primary purpose. Our front desk is also closed for a period during each day. Because of this, making your way to your surgery instead of calling an ambulance (999)/going directly to A&E could delay your treatment significantly. Calling an ambulance from the surgery could also lower your priority.

We are always here to help our patients with same-day concerns/urgent health matters.
