Did you know that high blood pressure often has no symptoms? Regular monitoring can help identify problems early and reduce the risk of serious health conditions such as heart disease and stroke.
Our self-service blood pressure machine is available for all patients to use in the waiting room during our opening hours:
🕗 Monday to Friday
8:00am to 6:30pm
There is no appointment needed. Simply pop in, take a reading, and follow the instructions on the screen. The machine will provide a printout of your results, which you can keep for your records or share with a member of the practice team if advised.
Using the machine regularly can help you:
- Monitor your blood pressure between appointments
- Support the management of existing conditions
- Identify potential issues early
- Contribute to NHS health checks and routine monitoring
If your reading is unusually high, low, or you have concerns about your result, please speak to a member of our reception team or contact the practice for advice.
