Routine appointments are released every day at 10am, including weekends. You may not always find a slot on the first day you check, so it may take looking at 10am over several days. However, once you do secure an appointment, it will always be within the next 2 weeks. This policy is in place to ensure patient safety.
Reception staff have access to the same appointment availability as shown online. However, our trained care navigators may suggest an alternative service if we are unable to offer you a suitable slot.
If your need is urgent, please call reception so we can organise a same-day urgent review if capacity allows. You book appointments via:
- online – using your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or SystmOnline to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination
- by phoning us on 01242 539080
- or visiting the practice in person
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.
