Enhanced access hours
We offer a number of appointments outside normal opening hours;
- 7:30am to 8am, Monday to Friday
- 6:30pm to 8pm, Wednesday
- 6:30pm to 8pm, every fifth Friday
- 9am to 1pm, every fifth Saturday morning of each month. These appointments are for routine matters only.
Please note that because there is no hospital laboratory collection service during these enhanced access hours, the doctors are unable to take blood samples/swabs during these appointments. They are happy to see patients for any routine matters but if any of these tests are required, you will need a follow-up appointment with a nurse or phlebotomist during our normal working hours between 08:30 and 17:30.
Reception opening hours
The reception desk is open from 8:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Between 1pm and 2pm and 5:30pm and 6:30pm our telephone lines will be diverted for emergencies only and we would ask that if you have an enquiry or need an appointment you phone outside of these times.
We are available between the hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm daily Monday to Friday should you need us please do not hesitate to call.
Surgery closures
The surgery is closed on bank holidays.
To maintain our high standards of care we periodically close for staff training and development. These closures will be between 12:30pm and 4:30pm on the following dates for 2024:

- 9th July 2024
- 4th September 2024
- 10th October 2024
- 5th November 2024
- 11th December 2024

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
