At Leckhampton Surgery, we truly value what our patients think and with that in mind, we’re really keen to hear from you. As you may be aware, Leckhampton Surgery is part of a Primary Care Network (PCN) with other practices in our part of Cheltenham, called the Cheltenham Peripheral PCN. The majority of new investment from the government in GP practices is via PCNs, particularly for new members of clinical staff such as pharmacists, social prescribers and physician associates.
As we plan our offer of more appointments for our patients across our PCN from October, we wanted to involve you in this process. The questionnaire will only take a few minutes of your time and will ensure we offer appointments that are shaped around your needs.
