Friends & Family Test

 

The Friends and Family Test is an anonymous feedback tool to enable people who use NHS Services to have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience which can be used to improve services.  Patients are asked to give a response to the question “How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?” There are five possible responses ranging from Extremely Likely to Extremely Unlikely. 

 

If you would like to give feedback on the service received from Leckhampton Surgery there are several ways you can do this:

 

  • Online via this website, using the Quick Link on the right hand side
  • Complete a feedback card when you next visit the Practice
  • Respond to a text request if you use our SMS appointments reminder service

I am a mental health patient, I attended my surgery to ask for my usual meds, The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do as Dr  refused to speak to me. After over 30 mins Dr  came down stairs refused to help telling me to speak with my GP who he knew was off sick, I had to leave with no help given. This has resulted in me feeling suicidal and a burden to my surgery and the NHS, I cannot comprehend how an armed forces front line veteran and  police officer suffering with PTSD be refused help from Dr Hall when he had time to spend in the car park with a tyre fitter changing tyres on his car when I arrived. Will anyone help me.
