Our telephone lines are open from 8.30 am until 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Our reception desk is open from 8.30 am until 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Although we offer routine booked appointments before 8.30 am, after 6.30 pm on Wednesdays and on alternate Saturday mornings, we do not have reception cover at these times, as the surgery is only open for routine pre-booked appointments during these hours.
The surgery offers routine appointments at the following times:-
We remain open until 8:00 pm on Wednesdays and from 8:00 to 11:00 am on the first and third Saturday morning of each month. These appointments are for routine matters only.
Please note that because there is no hospital laboratory collection service during these extended hours, the doctors can’t take blood samples, swabs or smears during these appointments. They are happy to see patients for any routine matters but if any of these tests are required, you will need a follow-up appointment with a nurse or phlebotomist during our normal working hours between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm.
The surgery is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
If you require urgent medical assistance, which cannot wait, outside of usual opening hours, please call NHS 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please use the parking in a considerate manner. We have increasing problems of doctors having difficulty getting out on emergency visits and ambulances parking.
If you can, please walk or cycle to the Surgery and reserve parking spaces for those patients who need them most.
We will be installing new cycling racks so our patients can leave their bikes securely locked.
